GAME PLAN LIFE

FOUNDATION

______

Promoting healthier sports communities through mental health awareness, education, and support for athletes.

MENTAL HEALTH DESERVES A SPOT IN THE PLAYBOOK

Young athletes do not leave anxiety, trauma, substance use, family stress, or emotional challenges at the edge of the field. Coaches and sports leaders are often the first people positioned to notice when something has changed. Game Plan Life Foundation helps youth sports communities move from compliance to readiness.

AWARENESS TO ACTION

We work to reduce stigma surrounding mental health by creating opportunities for open conversations and practical learning experiences.
