Sideline Support™
Sideline Support™ is a mental health-forward training program designed to equip coaches with the knowledge and confidence to better support the athletes they lead. Coaches learn how to recognize early signs of mental health concerns, understand the pressures facing student-athletes, respond with care, and connect athletes and families to appropriate resources when appropriate. Facilitated by Jess Kirby, PhD, a University of Colorado Colorado Springs Health Sciences professor and Director of the Center for Critical Sport Studies, the training helps coaches support athlete mental wellbeing by creating healthier sport environments where young people can thrive.
Community Events
Events designed to build belonging, reduce stigma, and create natural entry points to community mental health support.
